Underdog 16:9 gets stuck creating .MKV

Tried to rip the Underdog DVD. It has both a 16:9 and 4:3 version on it. I pick 16:9 version and only select the MPEG2 and English audio track.

After writing about 360MB of .MKV file, no further data is written. No problems writing the 4:3 version, only the 16:9 one. I think the disc itself is OK; no signs of I/O errors, etc.
