Not sure if this will help, but I copied the dist to my HD using DVDFab8 and I jsut copied the main sections. I then ran it through MakeMVK and got 4 perfect MKV files. Originally I was using DVDfab passkey to decryp the disc on the fly when I first tried to make mkv files, but the second time it was decrypted after copying it to my HD.

What is the source material from which you generated the Debug file (Commerial disc, .ISO, something else)?

So the first time I used just MakeMkv the second post where it worked I used DVDFab to copy it to my hard drive then run that through makemkv. I have the commercial DVD disc.
The first time I am using dvdfab passkey to remove the DVD protections. Should I just use MakeMkv with out dvdfab passkey? Will MakeMkv remove the dvd protections from DVDs?
