Just downloaded makemkv for mac. Wont open period

Downloaded it and moved it to app then tried to open.

Keeps saying the app cannot be opened thats it. Tried side clicking open menu nd nothing

Did you read this note from the download page?

NOTE: MakeMKV is not signed by Apple, you might need to adjust gatekeeper options in order to install the program.
