Transform a backup copy to MKV

Hi Guys, i've a backup copy (made with MkV ) of a bd uhd disk... is possible to transform it in MKV?
There's a guide for this?

File->Open Files. Navigate to the BDMV directory of the backup, and select index.bdmv, and watch the magic occur.
