Enclosure for ASUS BW-16D1HT

Wondering if anyone can recommend or has available to sell a 5.25" USB 3.0 enclosure suitable for ASUS BW-16D1HT. Seems to be a real shortage of these at the moment!

Also would it be possible to run the BW-16D1HT without an enclosure using USB to SATA and USB power? What are the off-the-shelf-components needed to do this?
