automatically disable core audio checking?

So for a lot of DTA-MA audio, makemkv will always select both for me, the extension and the core, when all I want is the MA stream in my mkv. Can we get an option to not automatically select the core? I understand why some want it, but many of us do not need it so an option to avoid extra clicking would be nice. would seem analogous to the option that deselects all undesired languages by default
