Might there be a way to flag the language for video streams?

I was recently ripping the US version of Ralph Breaks the Internet 4K and there are 3 large titles (about 46GB). As it turns out, title_05 has a Spanish video stream. There are portions in the movie where they have Spanish text on signage and it's not just some kind of forced subtitle, it's actually a part of the movie, 3D modeled by the animators. (See this scene on YouTube. The signs are written in Spanish on title_05.)

When you watch the movie on an actual 4K blu-ray player and choose a Spanish language option, the disc knows to play the Spanish video stream.

Might there be some way to identify the video stream language in MakeMKV? Without knowing, it's difficult to determine which of the 3 titles you'd want to keep.

Disney disks use 00800.mpls as the English play list. Same for all Disney/Pixar/Sony disks produced in the last 5+ years. The only difference between the 800, 801, and 802 (sometimes 803) play lists is the signs and titles. Same audio options available.
