jahtv, maybe you can regenerate the files with the newest version of makemkv and post it in some cloud service somewhere so I can also take a look and compare your files to mine?

Also make sure you send them to makemkv support, the more info they have, the easier it will be for them to find what's wrong..

most likely those debug errors have something to do with it..

jahtv is getting the following, on makemkv 1.10.3:

I've been waiting for a solution to this for about three years after buying this from amazon Italy, and every so often retried the disc after updating the software. Sent the application output after failed reads a few times, but no update fixed the issue. Figured the dsic was probably a pretty niche audience, and low priority, but still held out hope. Was finally able to read and rip a backup of the film today, and can play it on my kodi based media players in 3D.

I'd like to thank Juanito (or whoever provided the correct log output) to get this disc read, and of course Mike for his continued support of the application. Bought a subscription key today
