Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
@RESET_9999
which version of yusesope tool you use? the one with the .old extension or the one without the .old extension?
After that is it necessary to make the .mp4 file with dolby mp4muxer? Or we can mux the bl_el_rpu.hevc file directly in tsmuxer adding audio etc?
Thank you

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
there is a difference. the movie 'midway' has not worked with ''off'.

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Great news. To verify the correct implementation, however, make comparisons with the versions obtained through mp4muxer.RESET_9999 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 11:42 pmthis modified version of tsMuxer(thanks a5180007) now retains the EL when using yusesope tool.
In the meantime, I release version 0.0.2 of my tool (refer to the original post HERE).
For more information take a look at the changelog.
I will not invest much energy in updating the tool (unless a serious error is discovered) because, if my idea proves valid, it will certainly be implemented in "more professional" tools (my code is open and the idea has been explained in detail).
Do all counters reach 100%?
What movie are you trying to mux?
Try also with the new version of my tool.

@yusesope
thank you- If I have correctly understood the -mp4 is no longer necessary and your file can me used directly in tsmuxer?

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
According to the latest news, it seems so.
(I haven't tried it yet)
At the beginning, I suggest you always compare the result of tsMuxeR with that of mp4muxer. You are still using a nightly build of tsMuxeR.
You are welcome

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Thanks again. I tried your latest build 0.0.2 with a full movie (Rocketman) and the job seems finished but the the windows cmd is still open with this screen
BL ANALYSYS: 100% EL ANALYSYS 100% BL_EL_RPU WRITING 100%
In the tool previous version there was an invite to press any key to close the cmd window. Now thet invite is not appearing since 15 minutes. What should I do?
Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
If all the counters have reached 100% you can close the window.
It is strange that the invite to press any key to exit does not appear.
As soon as I can, I'll take a look.

Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Hey ragico, when you have time, can you replace the file in the "src" folder with THIS and try again with the Rocketman file?
Thank you.
Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Underway with the new file you posted.
In meantime Rocketman was complete and I muxed in tsmuxer (test build) adding some audio and pgs.
This .ts file do not play in X700. It does not start.
Same with Alita.
I will do the equivalent mp4s to see what happens.
Very strange as @Reset999 reported everything works on X700 and, in fact, his sample works also on my X700.
Why the fullmovie does not work?
Re: Dolby Vision now possible through MP4 Mux.
Just played a complete movie, single layer ts remux, all the way through using plex on the shield, Atmos and DV both working, no glitches or jumps. I used the first version of the BL + EL +RPU tool.
Edit: The file won't play on the X700 or C6 though
