So, after using a few programs I was wondering how this TV season is encoded on disc. Two very reliable programs I use (MakeMKV and MagicDVDRipper) have failed me. While MakeMKV keeps me from ripping the movie at all due to the errors it discovers in the attached txt document, MagicDVDRipper does rip the episodes without any reported errors. However, it only rips 80% of each episode and then hashes each episode in random order. To use a hill example: Scene one has person at bottom of hill, scene two is middle of hill, scene three is top of hill, scene 4 is middle hill opposite side and scene 5 is bottom hill opposite side. Therefore, the progression of the episode should be 1-2-3-4-5. The actual MagicDVDRipper ripped product plays 1-2-4-3.

I have noticed this same event happen with "Shoot 'Em Up" and the final 20 minutes of "Sherlock Holmes" starring Downey Jr. Any ideas on how to fix it?
