Feature Request: Resume failed backup

Sometimes I will get a read error when doing a decrypted backup which cause the annoyance of having to redo the whole disc just to get one file again. To save time could MakeMKV not redo a file if it already exists when doing a decrypted backup. It could save a massive amount of time on my laptops slow 2x Blu-Ray reader.
