After long deliberations and looking at various options I've decided to order the Buffalo BRXL-PT6U2VB - the choices were somewhat limited where I live and the prices exorbitant, so I chose the best I could, and I found a bit of a surprise in the box.
The drive arrived with BN12 revision firmware not the expected BN11.
I was all ready and set to flash it with the MK version from here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=19422 and now this bummer...
Can someone tell me if this will result in a softbrick or am I good to go?
Do we even know what changes have been introduced?
Thank you all for the amazing efforts here, it took me a long time to sift through (some) the knowledge and I'm still not entirely clear on everything.Drive Information
