No downgrade appears to be required. (Mike didn't instruct me to, I didn't try. He's updated the firmware pack to include the 1.01-MK image as well.)

Hi Mike. I have tried everything. I have the LG External BP60NB10 and everytime i try to run the asus odd FW i get the error after it ejects. help!

Don't use the ASUS flasher. Use the newer SDFtool Flasher. Also, if your drive is new and has encrypted firmware 1.02, check "enc?" for the first flash.
1. If it has 1.02, flash 1.02-MK with enc checked. If it has 1.01, flash 1.01-MK without enc.
2. Flash 1.00-MK without enc.
