UHD Alita Battle Angel (GER)

Hi,

I have an LG BH16NS55 (Revision/Firmware version: 1.02)

When trying to open "Alita: Battle Angel" (German Version), I always get "Volumekey is unknown"
Already sent a dump to svq@makemkv.com twice, but to no avail.
(Sent a third one today, but I don't have much hope)

Could it be an issue with my drive, or is someone else having the same problem?

And try to reach the developer at the support email mentioned there to see if he can more directly advise.

Additionally, ensure you are already allowing the app to connect to the MakeMKV servers and to download the latest keys.
