Fatal Error 1.6.0

Fatal Error 1.6.0
Everything was going perfectly until today when I upgraded to the 1.6.0. Now, when I try to launch MakeMKV, I get a "Fatal error occurred, program will now exit" message. Help?!

Are you are running Windows 7 X64? Download 1.6.2 then.

The computer this is installed on is Windows XP.

I've since installed 1.6.2 and had the same result. I then uninstalled the software and tried to reinstall the last working version I had (1.5.
and was unsuccessful again. It continues to try to open 1.6.2 and subsequently crash. I've also tried deleting the program file (after uninstallation), but am unable to do so. I really just want to get back to what worked before and am looking for any advice available.

Please install 1.5.8 and 1.6.2 into different folders like c:\program files\makemkv158 and c:\program files\makemkv162 , launch makemkv from each folder and post here if it makes any difference.
