The Jungle Book (2016) - UHD Blu-Ray Cannot Be Decrypted

The newly-released UHD blu-ray of "The Jungle Book" (2016) cannot be decrypted in the latest version of MakeMKV. I've submitted a dump file to svq@makemkv.com.
