No usually downgrade what drive model and firmware do you have ?

Hi all I get this issue when on 'A Quiet Place' UHD disc. It keeps displaying this error and then goes back to the main screen where it shows the disc is loaded and ready to be burned. I am using ASUS-BW-16D1HT. Is there a firmware install that I need to get this to work? I just got this unit yesterday.

Clean the disk , get a replacement disk , get a new drive

Have cleaned it, and bought the drive from one of your sellers and received it on Thursday.

None of them are "my" sellers just recommend according to area before you blame the drive and seller you should to get a replacement disk, for all the drives I sell I include a test report of UHD backup success of a dual layer and triple layer disks

I keep seeing multiple people with different drives getting errors when burning UHD discs in this forum so if you are testing your drives they aren't being tested thoroughly enough. This is kind of ridiculous to sell these products and discs still don't burn correctly.

Did you buy it from me? If you did and are having problems email me I will replace the drive if you just got it Thursday.

I test them more then most sellers 3 hours of testing is already quite abit most ebay sellers just check if it read the disk and are done says right in there description I do full rips of all UHD disk types

Did you receive a test report with your drive if you did not it is not from me and you can't tell me I don't test my drives good enough

I see multiple pages worth of posters reporting problems burning UHD disc. Are you telling me and everyone else that the drives that you test and send out work perfectly with no problems? I find that very hard to believe. You need to get over yourself you are overly defensive. I'm reporting flaws with the drives that are sent out and I'm pretty sure yours have flaws as well.

first you dont even know if the drive is the problem yet you should test with a replacement disk before saying anyone does not test their drives goodenough.

i test my drives very thoroughly here is a test report from just 1 before sending it out





so you can see i clearly do not send out drives that have problems "burning" as you call it AKA RIPPING/reading.
so again you cant say i dont test my drives good enough you have never bought one from me judging by the review you left in another sellers page

I know it's the drive because I've tried to burn about 20 UHD's and almost all of them have failed at some point. This is with me cleaning the discs and all the other troubleshooting that has been suggested.

I didn't say you don't test your drives. I said no ones drives are perfect or 100% based off all of the report problems in this forum of BURNING discs. Now I'm moving on. If you want to continue to tell me that you test all of your drives fine but please don't tell they work perfectly because they obviously don't.

And yes I did call it burning. So what.
