Hi!
1) In "Preferences", under the "BD+" tab (Scroll to the right to show it) put a checkmark next to "Always create BD+ dumps:"
2) Try to backup again
3) Submit dump to:
svq@makemkv.com
BD+ dump directory is not set in preferences, BD+ dump not saved

Make sure your "SVQ directory" is correct and you have internet connection.
