Fringe Season 2 BD

Is the 'lost' season 1 episode of Fringe, "Unearthed" part of season 1 or season 2? It's on the season 2 blu-rays. Where does it fit in for cataloging in Plex?

(BTW, Fringe has been a pain in the ass. These discs are work)
