Cannot make backup of the DVD '300'

Makemkv says that it is ripping title (5MB/sec) but file size does not get any bigger.

Each title on the DVD exhibits the same problem.

Ripping has been attempted on two different optical drives with same result.

Does it also hang when you disable the Close Caption subtitle? You can de-select it if you're in expert mode.
