Conversion process not starting

Good evening.

I thought it was 1 disk, but it is happening to others now.
Load disk, MakeMKV recognizes it, analyzes it and allows me to check the file I want converted. I click the start button and it does the initial quick pass, but never starts converting. I have even left it for an hour and nothing.

First happened to The Bone Collector disk, but I did several before and after.
Today I did the first 4 Harry Potter movies, but the last 4 won't convert.

I am using the latest version and have tried it on both mac and pc. My pc has 4 cd/dvd drives and I have tried them all.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

I have converted the Harry Potter movies before, direct thru Handbrake. Just wanted to update the audio, so was doing it again which led me to this issue.

Do you have debug logging turned on? Are any errors reported?

Without more information, the best answer we can give is, "Sounds like it's broken."

I did 5 other disks today.

No errors come up. Just never gets going.

Maybe I will trying converting the whole disk instead of just my single selection.
