Can anyone recommend BlueRay Drives and UHD Drives for Apple MAC i have so many BlueRays i wanna rip and add to my plex but my mc only has a DVD drive

the drive is not OS specific, the best drive to get is the WH16NS60 and the Vantec NST-536S3-BK Enclosure (if going External)

i use this Exact setup on my 2018 MacBook Pro

I prefer the ASUS BW-16D1HT and would rate that the best in my experience. I'm not really a fan of the LG NS60 as I've no desire to play back a disc from the drive itself, sort of defeats the purpose of ripping the disc to a file for streaming on your LAN - simply my opinion and not trying to start any sort of debate

As was pointed out these drives not OS dependent and can be used on any computer with a free SATA port/drive bay, or USB port. Welcome to the message board!
