video can't be decrypted - American Gangster

Hi,

I bought American Gangster today and I don't seem to be able to back it up. I have attached the AACS dump file if anyone can help please?

MakeMKV v1.14.5 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Evaluation version, 30 day(s) out of 30 remaining
Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=4FBA32AEC678)
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Program Files (x86)/MakeMKV/MKB20_v72_American_Gangster_1B40.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

1. UHD discs are discussed here:

Since why that subforum is explicily called UHD discs.

2. Posting the dump in the forum is of no help to you or anyone else. They have to be submitted to Mike for processing. No one but him can do anything with that file. How? Forum search function works. Use it. This process has been addressed/discussed hundreds of times already.

3. Lastly, check to make sure your PC is downloading the SDF file. Some members were having problems receiving updates from MakeMKV that are needed for UHD disc decryption as discussed here:
