I'm having various stability issues with MakeMKV v1.14.5 the past few days. I imagine it may be related to the most recent Windows 10 update, but I don't know that for a fact. A workaround has been to keep re-installing the program and hope it works, but most of the time it does not. Here's what happens.
After install, it'll read the disc in the drive just fine:

But then it freezes:
- MakeMKV 2.png (119.01 KiB) Viewed 3741 times
And when I re-open the program, it tells me I don't have any optical drives:

I should note that I have encountered the "can't find any usable optical drives" issue on previous versions. The drive always works fine with other software.
Any other information I can provide to diagnose? Or other things I should try to resolve the issue?
