Toy Story 4

Hey guys! Anyone else getting errors with the Redbox copy of Toy Story 4? I get these after about 50 mins into the capture (attached). I tried the 800mpls file. Maybe I need to try the other 2?

If 800 is failing, the other two (which share the same scenes) will fail as well.

Clean the disk and try again.

Have the same errors... yes the disk is very clean.

The disk has an unreadable sector, and your drive tried REALLY hard to read it, to the point that the operating system thought it was off-line. This assumes we're not talking about a USB-powered drive here.

The majority of the movie is shared between 800, 801 and 802 (only the titles/credits vary), so an error at this point will make all three unreadable. If cleaning didn't fix it, replacement is the best course of action.

I am having the same identical issue when ripping a Redbox Toy Story 4 Blu Ray.
I was able to play all of the content on my home entertainment system without any issue. But, ripping produced the sample of errors below. The disc is clean and pristine visually.
I suspect that there is another issue.

I had the same issue with a copy from Best Buy, after cleaning it I could still see some lines that looked to be a little less than an inch and curved with the data in 2 places. A replacement disc did not show the issues and worked well.
