I primarily use MakeMKV to remux my Blu-rays and occasionally use MKVtoolnix when I need to combine audio/subtitle tracks from different MKV's of the same movie (e.g. local and international Blu-ray, UHD and Blu-ray). However, there are often differences in the exact lengths of these releases that makes it impossible to accurately line up all the audio/subtitle tracks I wan’t to combine. Right now, I'm just adding random delays (e.g. +100ms, +500ms) in mkvtoolnix until the tracks seem to line up and I'm thinking there has to be better way.
Therefore, I'm looking for some recommendations from the community on what tools/software is out there that can help with this issue. As well, it would be great if the software had a graphical display for the audio tracks as that would make it easier to align the tracks if I could see the highs/lows of the audio signal.
