Rocketman AACS v68

The volume key for the DVD / Blu-ray is unknown - the video can not be decrypted
Opening the disc failed
any idea?

The file you originally attached should be sent to svq@makemkv.com to be examined.

Lots of things can happen. If your disk has errors in the area of the directory (where AACS information is stored), it can be difficult or impossible to create the access key. It could be as simple as cleaning the disk.
