The longest title in the list is #14 (2:08:10) which handbrake does by default. The resulting "brake" is only about 5 minutes long (not the entire movie). I've tried doing #14 manually with the same result. All the other titles in the list are under 2 minutes.

I assume you used MakeMKV to back up the disc first before trying to re-encode it?
