MakeMKV Endgame Blueray Errors on Linux

Using MakeMKV v1.14.4 [linux(x64-release)] on either our purchased Endgame or a rental Bluray (we tried just in case) with no luck. All disc surfaces are flawless.

Any guidance would be appreciated
