Band of Brothers - Fatal Error

I am trying to convert the Band of Brother Series with MakeMKV. I already have the blu ray files ripped to my hard drive. I opened disc one and it converted to mkv perfectly fine. When i try to open any of the other discs I get a fatal error (see attachment). Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Hi!

Probably bad rips. Use MakeMKV by itself (No AnyDVD HD, DVDFab, DVDFab Passkey) to DIRECTLY rip and convert your original Blu-ray discs to .MKV .
