Dragon Tiger Gate (2006) Blu Ray

Ive tried ripping it many times off of the original blu ray disc. It goes all the way through but when it is done it says 0 titles saved 1 title failed. i also try making a backup using makemkv and then open the backup but same thing happens.
Im using windows 7 64
im using a LG WH10LS30 BD-RE Blu-Ray Drive
my processor is AMD Athlon(tm) 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.40GHz
and i have 4 gigs of Ram

does anyone know why this is happening. ive ripped around 40 Blu Ray movies this is the first time this has occured

Does 1.6.0 fail in the same way?

yeah just got done trying to rip it on 1.6.0 and it does the same thing. here is the debug log.

Thanks. One more ask - please make a disc backup with 1.6.0 and see if any hashcheck errors will show up.

wasnt sure if u just wanted me to make a backup or also try and make a mkv file so i did both

Im having trouble converting this to an MKV

Im using 1.6.2, is there something I can do successfully create an MKV of this movie ?
