Why does MakeMKV skip files in backup mode? Is there a way to override and get all files for a full backup?
Backing up disc into folder "D:/Video/backup/SAVAGES_DOM"
\Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=5E80BBEE7E45)
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
File "/132624576.zip" was skipped
File "/132624600.zip" was skipped
File "/132624601.zip" was skipped
File "/FilmIndex.xml" was skipped
Backup done
MakeMKV Skipping Files?
Re: MakeMKV Skipping Files?
Nobody knows why?

File "/PS3_DISC.SFB" was skipped
Backup done

Re: MakeMKV Skipping Files?
I've asked the same question.
When backing up Weird Science, it skipped a PDF in the root of the disc. The PDF is an unencrypted full script of the movie.
I'd expect the entire disc to be backed up; not sure why files are skipped...
Going to check one of the other popular programs and see if it too does this.
In any case, for now I manually copy those files after the backup is complete. At least we're informed which specific files were skipped.
