No Chnace when creating the backup copies of the UHD's PLEASE HELP

Hello Community,
I am still in despair. I have the drive DE_flash_HL-DT-ST_BD-BH16NS55 with the FW 1.02. (previously 1.0.0)
I always have problems with creating backup copies Currently with 3 UHD's
Hard Powder
Backdraft
Robin Hood

currently have the MAKE MKV 1.14.xx on it. Before 1.12
with both versions, the transformations break me off.
What else can I do. Have the Hashkeys deposited in makemkv folder. At startup, it is enabled to load the current hashes. I do not know what else.
The log is deposited from the Robin Hood movie.

what I forgot to mention. The disc will be opened and also read. However, these eventually break off
