I'm running windoes 7 x64. Using LG blu-ray drive. Serenity fails to rip properly. In the log there was a message about not being able to save the file. Eventually I got it to rip, but the file is unplayable. It also took about 4 hours to rip the main title.
All the little videos on the blu-ray ripped just fine.

Re: Serenity
Hi!
Sounds like a dirty or physically damaged disc.
1) Clean the disc
2) Set MakeMKV to record the "Debug log"
3) Try once again to make you backup (Are you backing up a Blu-ray "full disc" or .MKVs of titles?)
4) If it still doesn't perform properly, submit the "Debug log"

Re: Serenity
Tried that. Still does not work. I am saving the main title as MKV. Thanks. BTW the Blu-ray plays flawlessly and there aren't any marks or nicks on it.

Re: Serenity
1)You should have answered "Yes" to "Do you want to continue anyway (errors may follow)" ?
BUT INSTEAD
2) Turn off and completely exit "AnyDVD HD" and then retry making a movie-only .MKV
