I reached out to him by email Monday morning, sent payment by Paypal Monday afternoon, and had the drive in my hands Friday afternoon (Illinois, USA). He packaged the drive itself so that it was very safe for shipping, provided tracking information along with screenshots showing the before and after, plus copies of the relevant firmware for my specific model (LG WH16NS60 OEM). He also followed up with me to make sure I received what I asked for, which I did, and I am pleased with the device's performance and capabilities. Overall my experience has been very good, and should I have want of such a drive in the future Billy can expect to hear from me.
