Cover Art for Music Blu-rays

On quite a few of my blu-ray rips of music, I fail to get the cover art and end up with a black screen. I am still able to get a sparse info screen which shows which track is playing and able to get the multi-channel tracks. I have tried both back ups and MKVs with the same result. Any thoughts?
