Consider this a feature request as I currently do not see it as an option.
When I rip discs, I generally always turn OFF the subtitles before doing so. I realize that they don't take up much space but that is my preference. I would ask that we can either save a default preference to enable or disable the checkboxes for subtitles. If not, what is everyone's thoughts on changing the built in default behavior to have subtitles turned OFF by default?

- Check MakeMKV preferences General > Expert mode
- Restart MakeMKV
- Add custom selection rule to MakeMKV preferences > Advanced > Default selection rule
Example:
-sel:all,+sel:audio&(favlang),-sel:mvcvideo,+sel:subtitle&(favlang),=100:all,-10:favlang
If you want NO subtitles selected by default, try:
-sel:all,+sel:audio&(favlang),-sel:mvcvideo
