Regarding Mechanic: Resurrection on your BD do you see any bonus or extras (behind the scenes, etc) content?

Is there a place where I can see and/or download the Extras content for a movie such as this? I bought this disc a while back but never played it. Somehow this disc does NOT seem to have the bonus content.
