Red 2 (2013) - JRE Not Finding Correct Playlist

Hello All

I have tried makemkv on two PCs with JRE installed and haven't gotten the correct playlist. They were both windows 10 PCs and using makemkv 1.14.3. No errors are being thrown. Just doesn't indicate which is the correct playlist.

Any suggestions?
