Hello everyone!
Im trying to rip my blu-ray movies to my hdd, and I have never done this before but the ripping part was not hard to setup at all.
So I ripped one of my movies with makeMKV and it worked without any errors, but when I tested the movie it was lagging/stuttering almost all the time.
Here is a video example how it looks (look at the heads after 0:08 and forward):

I have tested 2 different movies and the result is the same on both of them.
So I had to test them in my blu-ray player if there was any problems with the discs and they worked fine without stuttering/lagg.
I even used handbreak of one of the movies but the result was the same.
I have tried several of different mediaplayers and the idea is to run the movies in my plex media server. (I tested to play the movie through plex to and it was the same)
I just bought this blu-ray reader: https://www.webhallen.com/se/product/18 ... TBLKB-BULK
I tested it in my media server computer first: https://www.webhallen.com/se/product/20 ... -DVD-Win-8
And then I tested on my main computer: https://www.webhallen.com/se/product/27 ... TX-1070-Ti
And I have changed motherboard to this: https://www.inet.se/produkt/1901322/asus-prime-z390-a
And processor to: https://www.inet.se/produkt/5301266/int ... 6-ghz-16mb
Is there anything else you guys need to know to help me?
The result was the same with this computer to, so what can be the problem? All help is very appreciated

Processor speed is not that important when ripping. You can rip BD and UHD on machines that have no hope of smoothly PLAYING them.
Playback is where you have to take into account the processor, video hardware, the video drivers, and even the display hardware. If your 4K display is only capable of 30 hz refresh rates due to HDMI 2.0 restrictions (and a lot are; I own 3 of them), 4K playback is not going to be smooth, and if you zoom normal HD content to full screen, it's going to have issues, too.
You also can have issues with the network - is your media server acting JUST as a file server, or is it running Plex to server "tailored content" to clients? Network lag will show up first as video issues.

For the rip? What has the refresh rate of the monitor during the rip with MakeMKV to do with reading the Blu-ray? Confused ...Mattiask57 wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2019 3:20 pmchange the HZ on my screen now when i make the rip and see if it make any difference.
For me, the first video (to short) shows the effect during the camera move that the refresh rate does not match the video frame rate, looks like that addional frames are calculated.

I have no idea I suck at this and my english is not the best.
It is like that in my ripped blu-ray almost all the time, so what could be the problem?

I'm not using my PC to view Blu-ray content, so I cannot give you the right hints.
The video frame rate (typical for Blu-ray is 23,976 fps) does not match the Monitor frame rate. To adjust this missmatch, the player software must add extra frames and this can result in that what to see on the screen. I think the Monitor frame rate must be equal or a multiple of the Blu-ray frame rate during playback. But, see above ....
If you use a Standard Blu-ray player and view it on TV, the Blu-ray player signals the TV that the frame rate is 23,976 fps and the TV switches in the correct mode.
