Error 'Internal error - Decryption error (411)' occured

I've seen this error on several disks, disks which were not reported to be problems. This time it was The 40 Year Old Virgin Bluray and MakeMKV quit with an internal error. Here's the debug code.

I get the same error with Avatar blu ray. doesn't look like anyone helped you out here. did you solve the problem?

That looks like a problem with disc or drive. The data read seems to be garbage.

It's been a physical media issue. I found the discs were dirty in most cases. My BluRay player can handle smudges pretty well the ripping software cannot. Cleaning the discs seems to have solved this problem every time.
