MakeMKV Locks up whole machine on read of dics.

I tried both 1.14.3 and 1.14.2 and whenever I have MakeMKV try and read the disc to copy, I get this error:

DEBUG: Code 2399330321 at 3tu+2QPU[=7Te!Z9e:121264165

And then the whole machine just locks up. I have to force power it down.

I have a BU40N with 1.00 FW and it's using LibreDrive mode (v-5 id=64754CF46FCA)

Any suggestions? This is a new disc right out of the box (Ant-man and the Wasp 4k). I tried it's Bluray in the same packaging and it worked.

So, I put the drive in another computer. While I got the same exact error multiple times in a row (5 or 6), it didn't lock up the computer and it eventually got past it. I was able to rip the disc successfully.

I guess I need to do a deep dive on my other computer to see if I have some other underlying hardware or software issue.

What you describe is likely the computer went into a loop trying to read the disk, and didn't come out. The operating system should not allow that to happen, unless it lost control to the BIOS. Can't say I've read anything like that in years.
