Seems to read and convert but doesn't save the file.

This only happen on a couple of the episode from my Star Wars Rebels season 3 disc. The only disc work fine and 3 of the episodes on the disc with the issue ripped fine. It is just two of the episodes. The disk is clean with no damage and I have tried it on 3 different computers with the same result. I am at a loss. Help.

The drive is having issues reading the disk, so it doesn't save the titles that have errors.
