having issues with Revolution. i have been trying to rip it(Blu-Ray) for the last 45 minutes multiable times and this is what i am what i keep getting. in fact it is coming from multiable different drives and computers. the read rate slowly drops about half way through.

No version of MakeMKV can deal with a disk that the drive cannot read. By the error messages in your log, at least one of the drives tries so hard to read the disk that it stops responding to the operating system for a while (device i/o errors).
