Please help with mpls. Can't find with java

Wondering the same, but for retail copies.

EDIT: Updated to the latest Java version, and IT WORKS!

The correct playlist (at least, according to MakeMKV) for retail versions is:

00111.mpls
Segment map: 509,504,514,517,510,508,520,502,506,511,505,501,516,503,513,507,519,518,515,512

I thought MakeMkv didn't normally pick the correct playlist on brand new releases like this one? Did you verify the segment map is correct?

According to MakeMKV, after installing the latest version of Java, that playlist is the "FPL_MainFeature"

I haven't had the chance to watch it yet; I don't have any easy frame of reference by a simple visual scan because I blind-bought the movie. It just looked freaking great. I'll get back to you from my end in the next day or two (busy days ahead), unless someone chimes in with a confirmation sooner.

Thanks for the info. BTW I do have latest Java (8.0.201 - Windows 7 Pro) and it did not work-anyone have any idea why?

Here is the segment map for .mpls 887. Looks like the major change happens after 510. I should be able to give it a quick look to see if 887 or 111 is correct sometime tomorrow.

I just checked the segments between 510 and 506 and 00887.mpls is the correct one (00111.mpls is incorrect).

I just checked the Netflix rental version. MPLS 00887 gives the same segment map as stated above, but the file MakeMKV creates is called

At Eternity's Gate_t349.mkv

not At Eternity's Gate_t343.mkv

Any thoughts?

The file name doesn't matter. If you have playlist 887 then that's the correct file. Enjoy.
