Possible Faulty disc

I have been encoding ghost whisperer series one but for disc 5 makemkv will ony encode title0 and title3, 1 and 2 itfails on. Is this likely to be a faulty disc as I doubt they would be using different encryption on different episodes! Below is the log file for the two it fails on.

Hi!

1) If your source material is the original, commercial DVD, try cleaning it

2) If your source material is a backup made with a program other than MakeMKV, try using your original, commercial DVD with MakeMKV instead

the source is a proper (ie I bought it) disc. I have tried cleaning it and still the same issue. I also tried to rip the wole dvd with anydvd and dvdfab and they both failed. So I guess it is damaged or something. Seems to play fine though

I'd suggest you return it to the place of purchase, in exchange for a new one...
