Pitch Black

I get this output when I try to rip the theatrical and unrated versions from the blu ray disc. It's from the "Riddick Collection" that has pitch black, chronicles of riddick and dark fury. UPC 025192100062

I've done a 1:1 copy with an .iso copier and it worked just fine. I've watched (the unrated version) already via the copied ISO, but i like having a MKV so I can put them on my phone. Any suggestions?
