Just wanted to thank you for the LG drive. Received it today and works perfectly, ripped my Blade Runner UHD disc no problems. Great doing business with you!

Not quite! I'd say about 15% faster. I've ripped the same UHD on both of my drives as a test and the ASUS firmware was approx 6 minutes faster.
How long does it take in minutes with those two drives? 2K Blu-rays with AnydvdHD take between 45-70 minutes with my 2K Pioneer reader.

I don't usually time my rips. I just get them started and do something else until they finish.
In saying that, I estimate that 1080p Blu-Ray discs take on average, approx 30 mins to back up. 4K UHD's take on average, approx 45-70 mins depending on the size of the disc.
Also, the ASUS 3.02 firmware is around 15-20% faster than the LG 1.02, which is why I offer to cross-flash the LG BH16NS55 with the ASUS firmware as an option when purchasing.
