BD or UHD no longer work

My streak of unluckiness continues. Still cannot backup any discs, code string is:

And then the program has a fatal error and only thing I can do is close it.

I started getting this a few days ago.

It would normally print DEBUG: Code 03DF on hundreds of UHD rips and BD rips.
then it would go directly into a rip without issues, no hanging.

I haven't changed anything and now it's printing DEBUG: Code 03DF/02/62194E19F4EC and it just hangs, the first time it did this it started ripping a few minutes later. Now it's just failing.

Drive: HL-DT-ST BD-REWH16NS40 1.02 Internal (SATA)
OS: Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)

I'm using AnyDVD until this is all sorted out.

So far working fine here on ripping blu-rays before or after the DEBUG: code 03DF announcement. On a Mac OS Mavericks, 2 versions of MakeMKV installed, v1.12.2 and v1.14.1 versions. I haven’t tried MMKV v1.14.2 yet. Using 3 Pioneer BD drives alternately.

I seldom use Windows 7 installed in my Mac but tested ripping blu-rays and works fine using MakeMKV v1.14.0 on a Pioneer BDR-207 via USB 2.0

Alas, still no joy for me. Internal drive too so no USB to muddy the waters, will leave the drive hunting to see if it eventually does anything useful ....been 15 mins and counting...after 30 mins I gave up. Another reboot required to get the system working properly.

Only slight difference from yesterday (apart from the DEBUG code displaying) is that its now hanging on parsing file :/AACS/MKB_RO.inf

The most recent attempt to open a BD with my Topelek USB 3.0 external reader/writer has been running for over 21 hrs and throwing timeout errors, so i don't have the AACS dump log to give yet until it finally fails and writes to that folder.

It goes on that way for quite a long time (as you can imagine from running for so long and throwing errors).
