Hi!

Are you dealing with DVDs or BluRay discs?

I'll address BluRay discs:

You have two options:

1) You can click on the "Backup" icon and make a full disc BluRay copy to a new folder on your hard drive, comprised of the same files and folders as your original BluRay disc, and

2) You can click on the "Open disk" folder and then select which of the BluRay "Titles" (e.g. the main movie, various "extras", trailers, etc.) with which languages and subtitles you wish to keep. In light of their nature as truly separate items (These are not related chapters in a movie), there would be no logic to "combining" titles.
